The body of press has reinforced floor from Hardox.
The hopper volume with an elevated hopper can be up to 7 m3. The standard hopper dimensions are: 2.1 x 2.2 x 1.2 m.
During one pressing cycle, the slide can press up to 2 m3 of material into the container; the pressing area dimension in front of the slide is 1.7 m x 1.9m.
The stationary press SP380MAX can apply pressing force 38 tonnes. Whilst applying such pressure, 5 to 6 tonnes of hard cardboard can be pressed in the additional container of 30m3 volume.
The pressing cycle is reduced to 35 sec. Standard motor is 7.5 kW.
The press can be delivered with a loader or a combination of the automatic opening of the lid with a loader. The loader can be placed on the side (right or left) and thein the front of the machine.
The press is produced in the automat version only. The press is connected to the container automatically by means of hydraulic hooks. The connection enables the automatic opening of the container shifting lid “guillotine”. Upon filling the container, it is automatically closed by means of the “guillotine” and disconnected from the press.
The hydraulic unit is placed away from the closed area side enabling a good access for the machine maintenance. Upon request, it can be placed independently on a platform.
Stationary press SP 380MAX is assembler on a flat concrete base.
The press is controlled by means of buttons on the control panel. Upon customer request, the sound and optical indication of the press operation, the container fullness, and GSM module can be installed.

Containers ARK
With the stationary press SP380 MAX we supply additional containers ARK with the volume 30 m3 only.
Containers have cone-shaped side walls. Default containers can be equipped with mechanical device “chain wall” which helps releasing the pressed material during emptying procedure.
Guiding lines (short or long ) are mounted in front of the press to help guide the container to the press.
